Which of your strollers can I exercise with?
None of the Baby Jogger strollers in Europe are made for jogging or running.
How old should my baby be before they are able to sit in the upright seat of a Baby Jogger?
Our strollers and joggers can be used for children in an upright position from approximately six months to five-years-old. We do not recommend placing your baby in the upright seat of the stroller or jogger until they are able to sit and hold their head up without assistance.
How can I use your Baby Jogger strollers with an infant?
You can easily turn your stroller into a travel system with one of our car seat adapters or our Compact Carrycot. Car seat adapters are available for our single stroller and the Compact Carrycot is designed to fit on our single strollers that feature a full recline or a 2011 and newer City Mini Double, City Mini GT Double . It is important to remember that newborns are more vulnerable to outside conditions and should be appropriately protected from the heat, cold and wind. (Please note our Car Seat Adapters have a maximum weight capacity of 20.4kg (45 lbs) - that’s the combined weight of the car seat and the newborn, and the Compact Carrycotwill hold children up to 9kg (19.8 lbs).)
If you do not wish to use a car seat adapter or a Compact Carrycot, The Vue, City Mini, City Mini GT, City Elite and Summit strollers have an increased recline angle to a near flat position to accommodate newborns. That means you can safely lay a baby in the fully reclined seat of these strollers without the use of a car seat adaptor or bassinet.
The Summit X3 also has this feature, however, it is for cruising purposes only. Never exercise with your seat fully reclined. Also, please keep in mind that babies should have ample neck support when placed in the seat of a stroller - you can use a rolled up cloth diaper or any number of neck supports sold at baby stores.

What are the differences between an EVA, Forever-Air and Pneumatic tyre?
An EVA wheel is a lightweight molded plastic wheel that is ideal for pavement or smooth urban terrain. This wheel is available on our City Mini and City Versa, which helps to make these strollers lightweight, agile and compact when folded.
A Forever-Air tyre is a rubber tyre inflated with a lightweight foam instead of air. This ensures the tyre will not go flat with frequent use or rough terrain. The City Mini GT, City Elite and City Select both feature Forever-Air tyres.
A pneumatic tyre is an inflatable rubber tyre that provides a comfortable, smooth ride on many different terrains. The Summit X3 has pneumatic tyres, which add to their all-terrain capabilities.
Which wheel size is right for me?
We’ve devised the following guidelines so you can choose the right wheel size for your needs:
5.5" - 8.5" Wheels - Ideal for indoor strolls, walking on pavement or smooth urban terrain. These smaller lightweight wheels are perfect for city dwellers who need a compact stroller for every day use. Please view our Vue, City Mini, City Mini GT or City Versa strollers for this wheel size.
12" Wheel - Perfect for walking on grass, trails, sidewalks or in stores. Wonderful for city life where smaller wheels offer a more compact, manoeuvrable stroller. You will fall in love with the 12" stroller wheels if you have previously owned a conventional stroller. Please view our City Elite, City Select or Summit models for this wheel size.
16" Wheel - Great for walking or exercising and is still very easy to store and transport. It’s large enough to handle snow and sand yet still small enough to fit into tight spaces. Please view our Summit X3 model for this wheel size.
Do all of your strollers have a seat which fully reclines?
The Vue, City Mini, City Mini GT, City Elite and the Summit models have a seat that reclines to a near flat position and are suitable for use with a newborn. Please note that the Summit’s recline is for cruising purposes only. Please do not run or jog with the seat fully reclined.
Can I use a buggy board with your strollers?
Baby Jogger offers a convenient accessory called the Glider Board. The Glider Board attaches to the rear axle of our single or double strollers and provides an area for an older child to ride along. Although compatible with the Summit X3, it should not be used with the Summit X3 whils exercising. Buggy Boards made by other manufacturers are not recommended for use with Baby Jogger strollers.
Is the fabric washable?
Yes, the seat and hood canopies of our strollers and joggers are made from strong, lightweight, washable fabrics which easily detach from the frame. The seat should be washed in cold water on the delicate cycle of your washing machine and attached back onto the stroller to dry.
How much air should I put in my Summit X3 tyres?
Baby Jogger recommends inflating your tyres to 20 PSI. Your tyre rim may say a maximum of 40 PSI, but please only inflate to 20 PSI. You can use a standard bicycle pump to inflate your tyres.
Are your strollers safe?
Yes! Safety comes first at The Baby Jogger Company. We test and retest our products to ensure that all our current strollers either meet or exceed EN 1888 and/or ASTM testing standards for strollers and carriages. Remember, we are the original Baby Jogger Company and that means we have over 25 years of experience caring for your precious cargo.
What is the difference between your bassinet options; the Compact Pram, Deluxe Pram and Select Bassinet Kit?
The Compact Pram is compatible with: City Mini, City Mini Double, City Mini GT, City Mini GT Double, City Elite and Summit X3.
It turns your stroller into a comfortable and stylish pram for your baby, newborn â?? 6 months old. A large, 3-panel sun protecting canopy, sun protecting foot apron and a machine washable mattress cover create an environment that is clean, safe and easy to maintain. If you have twins you can use two Compact Prams on your City Mini or City Mini GT double stroller. (Compatible with double strollers manufactured after 2011).
Restrictions: Max. weight capacity: 11.3 kg (25 lbs). Not intended for overnight sleeping.
The City Select Pram Kit is compatible with: City Select only. Requires a City Select seat to complete the conversion.
It converts your City Select seat & canopy into a Bassinet with just a few simple steps. Padded carrying handles, machine washable mattress cover and a foot apron to protect your newborn from the sun make this a very popular accessory with City Select owners.

The Deluxe Pram is compatible with: City Mini Single, City Mini GT Single, City Elite Single, Summit X3 Single, City Select, and City Premier
It offers your newborn a soft and comfortable spot to rest with a luxurious quilted interior, a large vented sun canopy with a UV 50+ rating, a pop out sun visor and wind guard to protect baby from the elements. The plush mattress pad has a machine washable cover and stays cool in summer months with an air vent in the base of the pram to increase air flow. Includes the adapters needed to attach to the stroller. The adapters can later be used as car seat adapters with Britax infant car seats.

What’s the difference between the City Mini and City Mini GT?
The City Mini and City Mini GT both provide the same great fold. However, the City Mini GT provides additional performance and ease of use features

- A Hand-Operated Parking Brake
- A more Plush Seatpad
What strollers can I attach my Glider Board to?
The glider board can be attached to any of our strollers except the Vue Lite, City Mini ZIP, City Lite, Summit X3, or City Tour strollers.
Can I fold my stroller with car seat adapters attached?
All strollers that are car seat adapter compatible will fold with the adapter attached. This includes the Mini line, City Elite, Summit X3, City Mini ZIP, City Premier and City Select.
Can my bassinet/pram be used in home for sleeping?
The Deluxe Pram and City Tour LUX Carrycot are suitable for overnight sleeping when NOT used with the pushchair chassis or a carrycot stand.
All other Pram Kits are not intended for overnight sleeping.
How do I wash my stroller?
The seat and canopies of our strollers and joggers are made from strong, lightweight, washable fabrics which easily detach from the frame. The seat can be washed in cold water on the delicate cycle of your washing machine and attached back onto the stroller to dry.
Are your strollers covered by a warranty?
Baby Jogger’s Lifetime Warranty
Baby Jogger warrants that the frame only is free of manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the product. Manufacturer defects include, but are not limited to, the breaking of welds and frame tube damage.
Baby Jogger’s One Year Warranty
Textile or soft side materials and all other components shall be warranted for one year from the date of purchase (except for inner tubes and tyres). Proof of Purchase is required to make a warranty claim and the warranties are only extended to the original purchaser.
Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear. Corrosion or rust. Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design. Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect. Commercial use. Improper storage/care of the unit.
